[00:00:00] Hey, you know, you're pretty mature for your age. 151. That's hot.
[00:00:08] Welcome back everyone to another episode of the shit that you told your hairdresser that you like to tell us. That's not really a name, is it?
[00:00:39] No. Did you make it longer? Yeah. I thought it was shit I told my hairdresser is all. Only on Mondays. It's changed. Okay. It has. Yeah, the name has changed now. We're going to change the name to whatever I just said. I'll have to go back and play it back and then change it. But that's how we are. We're fucking weird people. We're hairdressers. We're a Motley Crue. Just crazy, huh? Nuts. Yeah, we're nuts. You know, and I think that's what I want to talk about. You never know what we'll do.
[00:01:09] Well, you know, oddly enough, not. But yes, we are fucking nuts. And I want to go through and talk to you guys about this because, of course, you guys know me. I get on the TikTok and the Instagram and the Facebook and I watch some videos. And I have to admit, I'm not like a dead scroller, but I will go down a rabbit hole sometimes because some of them are just fucking hysterical.
[00:01:39] And we need to talk about hairdressers that are that committed some crimes and not maybe not even like some clients committed some crimes against us, but also people who are facing like jail time. Hmm. You know, so there was a girl I was watching on the TikTok about a hairstylist. And I don't know what where she was at, but it's got to be somewhere like Texas or I don't know, Texas or some shit like that.
[00:02:07] You know, but she had a client. The girl's like 15 years old. She comes in to get a weave done. And at the end of the service, the girl thought she had paid the hairstylist. And she was about she's walking out the door. And when the hairstylist realized that she didn't pay her.
[00:02:28] She actually went through, grabbed this girl by the hoodie and the hair and dragged her back inside the salon and was like, bitch, you're not leaving until I get paid. Right. So and then she was like the girl was telling her, like, I did pay you. The payment has sent through. She was trying to show her on the app where she paid her and come to find out that it was sent to the wrong person. But the hairstylist was not paying attention to that.
[00:02:56] She actually went through and cut the weave out of the girl's hair. Oh, she just cut it out. Didn't even let her have it. And then sent her on her way. She was like, well, she's not going to go through and pay me. She is not going to have any hair to wear. Wow. I'm like, holy shit. But if you go. That really escalated fast. Yes. And so, I mean, if you go back, you take a look at the video.
[00:03:21] She grabs this girl and she drags her on the floor back into the salon. And there was another hairdresser there watching the whole entire thing. And she leaves the girl on the ground. And the other girl kind of like she's combing another weave and kind of looking at the girl on the ground and walks away. Didn't help her. Didn't even help her. Well, it probably happens often there. It must. I don't know what kind of salon this is. But it doesn't really sound like it's a nice place.
[00:03:50] It didn't look bad. You know what I mean? But it was just like you probably should put up a warning sign now. So if you do not pay, you will be dragged back in and your hair cut out. You know what I mean? If you do not pay for your service by the time you leave or before you leave. You know? But I mean, the girl's 15 years old. What the fuck? Well, here's the thing. She's probably had lots of people like bolt out of the shop without paying. You know? It's like. She must have. Clearly, this happens all the time.
[00:04:20] If somebody were to do that to me, I don't think I would even realize it until I left. You know? Like people don't do that. People I know don't do that. Take a credit card for a deposit. That's what we do. That way if they take off, we have a credit card on filing. You charge the credit card. Right. That's how you handle it. Don't just grab someone and then that's assault. As soon as you put your hand on somebody else, that's assault. Fun though. You know?
[00:04:51] It's like dragging her around. Don't you remember doing that like as a kid? Like you get dragged around and it's fun. Yeah. Dragged around the kitchen. But not by your hair. She grabbed the hood and the hair and then proceeded to cut the weave out. Yeah. I mean, that's traumatizing right there. It wasn't like you're there to have it. You know, you know, she's doing it forcefully as well though too to this 15 year old kid. You know, it wasn't like it was gentle. She was pissed at this point.
[00:05:19] So she's ripping this fucking thing out of her head. So in Texas, there was a girl that I was watching another video. She had a client leave without paying saying that her child was playing with her credit cards and she had the wrong one. So she says, when I get home, I'll call you and I'll pay you over the phone. The girl's like, okay, no problem. It's been a regular client. Been there before. Like she said, like twice. And, you know, the girl never called.
[00:05:47] She called her up. Didn't hear anything. So she decided to call the police. The police have the girl's phone number. Yeah. Right. And after about a week of her trying to get her payment, she had the detective call this girl and said, listen, if you don't pay the hairstylist, I will put a warrant out for your arrest. Because with phone records, with the phone number, the police can find out where you live. Yeah. Yeah. Bill's with that. Right.
[00:06:13] So I was like, that's all this person had to do was to go through and call the police. Really? Not all the person. Yeah. Yeah. I mean, why was she not paying her though? Which one? The one in Texas? He had to call the cops. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. She just had to say why. She didn't say why. She doesn't want to pay. Forgot. Probably just, no, she didn't forget. She kept on saying that, you know, oh, my child's in the hospital.
[00:06:42] My child's playing with my credit cards. Excuse after excuse, which you know, those are lies at that point. Yeah. Right. So she's just trying to get a free service. Yeah. Until she realized that they can actually put, go through and actually arrest her. I put a warrant out for her arrest. So that's why there's, she's kind of like, oh shit, I'm going to pay that. She paid it immediately though. Within 20 minutes. He was having extensions or what? I don't know what the service was. I don't think he was mentioned. Probably was extension.
[00:07:12] I wouldn't doubt it. I wouldn't doubt it. They're just ones you can't trust, you know? Extension clients? Absolutely. See, fake hair, fake personality, you know, all types of like fake, you know, identity. You know, there's all kinds of fake things going on with people who wear fake hair. That's really what it is. And they have lots of fake things like fake eyelashes, fake boobs, fake height. Yeah. Fake nails. Fake lips.
[00:07:41] Fake age. Everything. You know, it's like, you don't know who they are. Fake credit scores. So of course, after all this, you know what I mean? I had to go trolling a little bit more. And I did find a different story as well too, which was kind of a, this one I actually loved. Rolling all night. So no, I wasn't scrolling. I was trolling. Now I had to go through on the internet. Yeah. And so in Memphis, Tennessee, a hairstylist had been criminally charged after she allegedly
[00:08:09] held a client hostage over an unexpected $50 fee. There we go. Yeah. Michelle, Michelle 31 is charged with aggravated assault and false imprisonment. False imprisonment. Exactly. Oh, just wait. Does that mean it's not authorized to imprison somebody? Is that what it is? Exactly. Yeah. If you detain someone and you're not the police, guess what? False imprisonment. Okay. I see. Yeah.
[00:08:39] Remember we talked about this before in one of our other episodes. Remember the male hairdresser that kept the girls out of the salon for three hours? Yeah. That would be false imprisonment. Yeah. Okay. And if this girl decided to press charges, guess what? So here's how exactly. So according to the arrest affidavit on September 13th, a woman went to love my hair salon and wish she paid a $50 deposit. How cute.
[00:09:05] The woman would also pay her hairdresser $410 through Zelle at the salon. Towards the end of the appointment, Ray allegedly demanded that her customer pay an extra 50 bucks. The client told the police that Ray became irate and began cursing and yelling at her and questioning her for the additional fee. So here's the best part.
[00:09:30] Ray allegedly threatened to hurt the woman by saying, don't move because I got these scissors next to your face. Okay. Ray, if you're listening and you need a job, I'm hiring. Yeah. All right. If you're going to threaten the woman with a pair of scissors, you got me. I got you. We got a chair for you. Exactly. I love this girl. Holding this.
[00:09:57] I've always wanted to hold scissors next to someone's face and just threaten them. That'd be amazing. Is it recorded? No, this is not. Okay. All right. The victim told police that Ray refused to allow her to leave the salon. Instead, Ray reportedly blocked the door and blocked the woman's way out by saying, bitch, you're not going anywhere until you fucking pay me. This is the client. The client then called the police.
[00:10:26] It was only after the police dispatch told Ray that she had been committing a crime by not letting her customer leave. And then that's when she opened the door. Oh my God. Come. Oh, what was a great. $50. This girl must've forgotten that she put the deposit down. So she won the extra 50 bucks. Right. Hmm. But see, at least this girl was smart and she's asking for a deposit.
[00:10:54] The only smart, the only thing she didn't do that was smart was hold scissors up against her face and threaten her. And then say, bitch, you're not fucking leaving until I get my money. What's wrong with that? Oh, that's not legal either. It's not legal. Where were they though? See, that's not legal here. They were in Memphis, Tennessee. So I think across the United States, you cannot detain or hold people as false imprisonment. Oh, you can't threaten them with a pair of scissors.
[00:11:24] Federal issue then. So. Exactly. So that's across the entire United States. So I love, but I love this girl. You know? She knows what she wants. Yeah. She wants her money. She wants her money. And geez. So. Talk about fucking nutty. Hairdressers. This is what we do when it comes to money. I've never had anybody skip out on a bill.
[00:11:54] I never had anybody do that to me before, but I guess where we've worked at, we know who these people are. People don't. He's giving you a lot of a bill. You know what? And they don't mind paying either. You know? It's like they can pay. Yes. So they do. It's the ones with no money who do that. There's actually this client who comes in the salon and not to me, but to someone else. And she never pays on the day of the service. Like he always has an issue with the card.
[00:12:23] I left my card. Oh, it's the wrong one. Oh, can I call it in later? Sure. She will eventually pay. Right. It's like a week or two weeks later. You know, it's like, and so why are you having your hair done? I don't know. It's like if you can't. He doesn't have any money. I get that. She makes up reasons why. And I've let her get away with it too many times. And now it's how they do it.
[00:12:54] These women had the money. The girl sent the wrong cash app. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. It's just misunderstood. She had the money. And they just like want to get violent. Oh, that was absolutely. Then these hair managers want to throw down. I mean, threatening someone with a pair of scissors, grabbing someone and dragging them physically on the ground back into the salon. So she got her money or her hair back, you know, but I did do that one time back when we worked at Valley View.
[00:13:23] Inside a salon, we had the break room in the back. And then from the break room, we had an exit back into the back halls into the mall. That's where we used to go to smoke. Remember? I used to walk out. I remember that. So I'm in the back room and a client asked, well, she went back into the break room. She asked, is there another way out through the hall? I said, yeah, Ashley, it is. I opened the door for her and I let her out and I showed her. I go all, go all the way down to the end of this hall, make a left.
[00:13:52] And once you make a left, you have these big double doors that she had to the parking lot. She goes, thank you. And I just kind of sat there and was in the back reading a magazine and probably about a few minutes later, one of the girls, Dina, Dina was her name. The short black hair that used to work. Yeah, I remember her. She goes, hey, did you see a woman come back here wearing like a green dress? Did she come to the bathroom? Is she in the bathroom? I said, no, huh? I said, I showed, she asked me where the exit was. And so I showed her. She looked at me and she goes, what? And I showed her.
[00:14:21] She went out the back exit back into the parking lot. And she goes, she didn't pay her bill. And I was like, oh shit. I felt so bad. Well. You know? And so she gets pissed at me for showing her the exit. Of course, I have no idea what the hell was going on at the time. You're in on it. Yeah. But she wanted to pay for her part. That she would have gone. She went to the manager, Michael. Michael was a manager at the time.
[00:14:47] She went to him and wanted him to have a talk with me saying that I would have been responsible for that service. Are you fucking kidding me? Did I show her? No. No. Wow. Yeah. So you owe her money. Exactly. The way I see it, you know. Still to this day, I still owe her. God, what would have been back then? How much were we charging? 26 bucks a haircut. Oh, right. Tina, I owe you $13. This was like. Minus tax. Early, mid-90s.
[00:15:17] Yeah. Exactly. Wow. I need to sell her. Exactly. Hopefully I said to the right person, right? Feiere mit uns 25 Jahre Stage Entertainment. Und erlebe den Welterfolg Disneys Der König der Löwen in Hamburg. And live in Ticket. Jetzt jedes zweite Ticket ab 25 Euro sichern. Limitiert und nur für kurze Zeit buchbar unter musicals.de.
[00:15:42] And we're back. All right. So that was the ladies that were crazy in the salon. We need to talk about the guys that get a little crazy. And when I talk about people that we know, there's one person that stands out to me, at least.
[00:16:12] And that is Donnie. Oh, yeah. Back in Dallas, Texas. I knew him. I did too. Very well. In fact, we were roommates. We were going to tell a whole story about him. But we got to go into more detail later on one of these days about him. You're just mentioning one thing. One particular story, yeah. But to kind of set it up a little bit as well, the two. Donnie was one of those guys. Everybody loved him until he crossed over.
[00:16:42] And what I mean by crossing over is when he was like, had way too much to drink or way too much Coke. You know? And then he crossed that line. Yeah. And he was like a fucking Texas tornado. Obnoxious. Yes. Yeah. Yeah. Relentless. Like, he wouldn't let it go. No. Keep going on. He'd work on you, work on you, work on you. You know? It's like he's always. But he stood out. I mean, it wasn't just for his antics, though.
[00:17:11] It's just also the way that he looked. You know what I mean? He was like this. What would you say about like five foot ten? Five foot nine? Five foot ten? Yeah. Mexican guy. Probably a good like 240, 250. He wore makeup. But he wore. Yeah. He wore full bronzer every single day and champagne lipstick. Yep. Every single day. And he looked fabulous. Oh, did he?
[00:17:41] Yeah. Yeah. He wasn't gay. Did he have a ham? He wasn't gay, though. He was gay. Yeah. Yeah. He was like gay with a capital G and many, many, many A's in the middle. Yeah. I loved him, though. I mean, I truly, truly did. We were roommates for two years. And I got to know a side of him that was. Not a lot of people got to see. You know what I mean? And he was a troubled soul.
[00:18:08] But let me tell you, when he got into trouble, it was like trouble. But let me tell you, though, best time of my life, you know, because he was a lot of fun. But when he crossed over, it was, it was insane. And sometimes, not sometimes, a lot, well, every day, almost, it crossed over inside the salon in one way or another. His main thing was he enjoyed trying to get straight guys to do gay things. Yeah.
[00:18:38] That was one of his things that he liked to do. Yeah. With him. Yeah. Yeah. He definitely did. And it, I mean, I've seen him like. Brought it on everyone. Take a shit out of him. Out of him in bars. Yeah. I'm sure. Where he's trying to break it up because he'd walk over to some guy and like, you know, reach out and grab his dick or some shit like that. Yeah. You know, and the next thing you know, some big brawl kind of, you know, come out and people sort of shit out of him. And I don't like that there. No. Not in Texas. No. No. Not in Texas. They don't like anything there.
[00:19:08] Depends on what part of Texas you're in. That's for sure. You know what I mean? But, or Dallas. Dallas or Austin or Houston, I think are the exceptions. Well, Dallas has the second highest gay population per capita in the United States. Yeah. I've heard. I don't know if it's like that now. Maybe. I don't know. Well, I mean, the gay section, the Cedar Springs Boulevard was pretty fucking huge and it was packed every single night. That whole area was.
[00:19:37] What they mean is per capita, you know, a lot of gays and not a lot of people living there sort of thing. You know, it's like Los Angeles has West Hollywood. True. True. And there's just millions and millions of people living there. So it seems like it's a much smaller population, you know. But there is a lot of gay people in Dallas. Sure. There's a lot. Yep. No, but some of the people there did not like that.
[00:20:03] And for him coming inside the salon sometimes, I mean, I've been inside the salon with him where he's like drinking in the middle of the day. Yeah. In Texas, you had to go through and buy your alcohol from a state run store. And then one of them are called Centennials. And there was one about the end of the block from the salon. And he'd walk down there in the middle of the day and buy whatever he wanted to come back and doing clients. And he was just liquored up, you know. But he still did great hair.
[00:20:33] He still was doing good hair. And it was always kind of just overlooked. Or towards the end of his shift, you know what I mean? He's in the back doing a couple of lines of blow. They would let it go. And. Yeah. Well, let's just face it. Some of the ones who are in charge are also doing the same thing. So. They were. Yeah. They were. He was giving it to them. You know what I mean? So, of course, they kind of turned a blind eye. Yeah. But he wasn't fucking up the haircuts. That was the thing of it. He wasn't fucking them up. He was actually. No, he never did. He did good work. Right.
[00:21:02] He was a genius hair. So I learned a lot. He was actually my teacher for a very long time. And let me tell you, he taught me a lot. And the guy did beautiful hair. But. The one time, the one thing. And I don't know who this guy was. But the thing that got him fired is when he was doing a haircut. And he was sitting down on a stool. And he was cutting this guy's hair. And he reached into the guy's, into the cape. And he started trying to grope the guy underneath.
[00:21:32] Yeah. You know? And it was like the first time it happened. He was also gay. And he was like, don't do that. Yeah. You know what I mean? Or something like that. He said, hey. But then Donnie kept going. Because that's just funny. He is relentless. Yeah. And he reached for the guy's dick again. And he got up. And had enough. And goes like, march into the front. Asking for the manager. The guy's wife was there. And of course, a Texas woman. You do not fuck with a Texas woman. Or her family.
[00:22:02] Because she will fucking take your ass out. By herself. So now they have these two screaming at the front desk. For the manager. Getting him up there. And like told him exactly what happened. And that's what got him fired. Was trying to diddle. Finally that. Yeah. And it's like, you mentioned his wife and everything. You know? But the guys, they're extremely homophobic. You know? It's like, just the fact that he was going to get his hair done by Donnie. Shows he's open.
[00:22:31] But he has a limit. You know? It's like, when you cross it with him. Like he freaked out. Obviously. You know? It's like. Oh yeah. So his limit was diddling. Don't diddle. Well, he didn't want him to do it. For whatever reason. I don't. I can only imagine. He just had like a tiny wiener maybe. His wife was there. Not for my wife. It's like. Did you touch it? He never lets me touch it. Yeah.
[00:23:00] Maybe that's what the conversation was. You don't know. Could have been. Could have been. But that was the fine. That's when he got fired. Yeah. That's when he got fired. Well. But. You want those others. There's other guys that take it again. Well, that. That's just touching some guy that he knows. You know? It's like he's. Yeah. An adult. Probably he's used to it and everything. Right. It could have been way worse. Oh, it does get worse. It does get worse. Oh yeah. Yeah.
[00:23:29] I'm actually reading an article. Okay. About a guy in California. In Concord, California. Who just got arrested for inappropriately touching a minor inside the salon. Okay. Yeah. Right. Right. Oh, it does get worse. You know? So they were just talking about it on the news and I'm like, you gotta be fucking kidding me.
[00:23:54] We all have, we all have those guys or it's like salon owners or those guys that have been inside the salon for a long time. And they're the ones that always go through and say like, Hey, you know, you're pretty mature for your age. Oh God. That's those guys. We all know those guys. And if you don't know anyone like that, you are that guy. You're right. No, I'm just kidding. But no, but I mean, there's, there's those guys that we work with that we have worked with.
[00:24:24] You can, you can kind of tell. And the girls are like, get me the fuck out of this chair. Yeah. You know? And we all have worked with male hairdressers. Okay. I have to admit we are pretty much known for weird shit. It just happens. You know? I mean, I can't tell you how many girls on the salons. Like I would never date a male hairdresser because I know exactly what you guys are like. Yeah. And this fucker took it a step further. Yeah. He, they had him on blast on the news.
[00:24:53] They, they had his photo everywhere. We want everyone to see it. We want everyone to know. Cause the community is called Concord, California. The area is called Concord. Good. I'm glad they did that to get this fucker. Oh, he shouldn't be working behind the chair. Listen, he ruined his own life. They're not running his life. He did it himself. Exactly.
[00:25:24] So, and I'm saying, you know, you touched her inappropriately. That was like, not the full extent of the story that was told. Okay. Yeah. It got further. And I'm not super comfortable talking about it. Cause it's just like, well, it's a minor. Exactly. That's all you really got to say. And yeah. Um, geez. Cause that has happened before in a salon that we used to work at. Well, I might as well, you know, go through it. Well, it wasn't, it was the one we worked with in Brentwood.
[00:25:53] They had a sister salon in Beverly Hills. And one of the guys worked there that worked there had a restraining order against them from one of the client's daughters who was 16 years old. Gee. And I found out cause I, they asked me to cut her hair. So I cut her mother's hair. And then the mother was like, is it okay if Jason, cause if I can bring her in. To your salon again, to have her hair cut, but only by Jason. And they said that that was fine.
[00:26:22] This was after a restraining order. After the restraining order. But that was at the Beverly Hills location, not the Brentwood location. So they had a guy. Hold on a second. How many salons are in Los Angeles area? A lot. They got to go to the same company. Yep. Why? I don't know. Wouldn't you just like. But the mother came to me. Have her hair done. And she wanted me to cut her daughter's hair.
[00:26:50] Maybe you, you ought to get a restraining order against her. Well, I had nothing to do. It was nothing to do with the kid. Not yet. Well, no, no, I didn't say that. But as I'm going through. The mom. Oh yeah. She's been after you. So don't you see what's going on, Jason? No. Okay. Over my head. I had no idea. Go ahead. Anyhow. So this girl comes in and she's telling me that she's here because her mom comes in there, but she's not longer allowed.
[00:27:19] She doesn't, she can't go into the Beverly Hills location because there's someone there. She has a restraining order against. And I'm like, what? Who? Who is that? You want to know what? I might as well just tell it. Okay. His name is Ramses III. Okay. Enough said. The guy's name was Ramses III. That's really his name? That was his name. It's really his name. And he's a hairstylist in LA.
[00:27:46] Not the real Ramses III though, right? No. But I'm going to put it on blast as well though too because the guy's a real dick. And what ended up happening was that he told this girl that he wanted to use her as a model for something. Of course, I would like to go through and use you as a model. And he got her phone number. Yeah. And the next thing you know, he is calling her starting at like one o'clock in the morning wanting to talk to her.
[00:28:16] And she would hang up the phone on him and he would call. Oh, just like war dial her. And saying he wanted to be with her. And I mean, just all these like sexual things he wanted to do to her. And I'm like, um, and I'm doing her hair and I'm hearing the story from her. I'm like, what? And she's 16. How old is he? He at the time, I think he was like 38. Okay. Yeah. Yeah. Again, one of those guys I go, Hey, you're very mature for your age. Yeah. God.
[00:28:45] Ramsey's one of those guys. It was just one of those things where I felt dirty after she was telling me the story. You know what I mean? Cause I'm like, Oh, just fucking creepy. You know? And I was like, Oh my God. So that was like the one and only time I cut her hair is after that. I, I told the manager, I was like, I just feel uncomfortable now. You know what I mean? If, if this is kind of like the weird things. Yeah. Something's weird anyway, but they want to go back. Maybe it's not the same location.
[00:29:15] But they had to ask permission if that was okay by the owner. The owner okayed it. The owner was a pussy anyhow. You know what I mean? Of course he was like, Oh yeah, sure. Please don't try to sue me. Yeah. You do whatever you want. Sure. You know, I would have been like, you want to know what you ever straightening or against one of my employees.
